Accessing e-Bill / e-Check

Students

1. Go to Bear Facts
2. Select Bear Facts for Students/Student Resources
3. Select Students
4. Enter your CalNET ID (https://calnet.berkeley.edu/)
5. Select CARS
6. Select e-Bill

Other Payers

1. Go to Bear Facts
2. Select Bear Facts for Students/Student Resources
3. Select e-Bill/e-Check Access for Parents and Others (Non-Students)
4. Select e-Bill/e-Check for Parents and Other Payers from the blue bar on the left
5. The first time you log in, select [Sign Up] to create your User Name and Password
6. The next time you log-in, enter the User Name and Password that you created and click [Login]
7. You will need an Activation ID code (see below) and the Student ID number

One Time Payment

1. Go to Bear Facts
2. Select Bear Facts for Students/Student Resources
3. Select e-Bill/e-Check Access for Parents and Others (Non-Students)
4. Select CARS One Time Payment from the blue bar on the left
5. You will need the Student ID number and last name
